On February 5, the Turkmen White House in Turkmenabat hosted a joint performance by the Galkynysh National Equestrian Group with the State Circus of Turkmenistan and the Gorogly State Equestrian Circus of Arkadag.
The two performances, which began at 3:00 p.m. and 6:00 p.m., were watched by thousands of residents of the eastern region of the country. This was reported in the Turkmen press.
As noted in the report, 17 members of the group and 10 steeds arrived in Turkmenabat for the three-day performances.
The performances of the combined circus groups in Turkmenabat will consist of six performances. More than 15,000 people are expected to watch the performances that will continue today, February 6, and tomorrow, March 7, throughout the region.
Each performance lasts about two hours. In the first part, the combined groups of the state circuses in Ashgabat and Arkadag will demonstrate their skills, while the second part will consist entirely of performances by the Galkynysh National Equestrian Group.
As noted in the report, both the performances of the united circus groups and the unique horsemanship of "Galkynysh" included performances that were first performed in Turkmenabat.
The performances of the circus masters with a ring larger than a human's height, and the dance of "Galkynysh"'s beautiful horse named Goyunli, which stood on a bed and made an exciting sound, are among the new performances. It should be noted that Goyunli reminded the audience, who filled the hall, of the beautiful Akhan, the report notes.
